Mold Facts

There are over 100,000 species of mold found around the world. Mold species can be categorized into two separate groups; Allergenic mold types which have different effects on each individual and Toxigenic molds which are dangerous for anyone to be exposed to for extended periods of time. While effect of exposure varies common symptoms include Headaches, Fatigue, Soreness, Itchy and/or Puffy Eyes, Skin Irritation and other allergy like symptoms.

Asbestos Facts

Asbestos is a group of naturally occurring minerals made up of long thin microscopic fibers. Asbestos fibers have been used in thousands of materials and products because of their unique properties, including high tensile strength, flexibility, acoustical properties, and resistance to thermal, chemical and electrical conditions. If inhaled, Asbestos fibers can cause diseases such as lung cancer, mesothelioma, and asbestosis.

Your Consultant

Kinkade Quinn is ACAC-accredited as a microbial investigator, trained to identify mold growth, species, and health risks from prolonged exposure. He is also an MT-DEQ certified asbestos inspector and contractor supervisor, qualified to identify ACM and conduct air clearance testing after safe material removal.

All inspections comply with OSHA, MT-DEQ, EPA, and IESO standards to ensure regulatory compliance.
