Mold Sampling

Pre-Testing
Pre-testing is an important first step in any remediation process. During pre-testing we inspect the entire structure using infrared technology, relative humidity readers, moisture detectors, bio-pumps, direct surface samples and/or vacuum carpet checks. During our inspection we search high and low to find sources of possible moisture intrusions and identify what could possibly be causing these problems. Our team will walk you through the step by step of the dangers of mold and what processes will need to be done to resolve any contamination. Included with our inspection is a comprehensive report explain our testing procedures, locations of concern and conclusion based of the concentrations of microbial growth found.

Post-Testing
It is always recommended that post-testing is done after all remediation processes. The purpose of post-testing is to ensure remediation was done correctly and to make sure no elevated levels of fungal growth is left behind. While conducting this testing we are a non biased third party with the ability to identify the jobs been completed correctly. WE DO NOT REMEDIATE MOLD. The reason behind this is that it would be a conflict of interest for us or anyone else to say we remediated your problem and also telling you that we did a good job. Our teams goal is to protect the health of our clients by reassuring them that contamination has been removed from the property.
Asbestos Sampling

Bulk Sampling
Bulk sampling is an important starting point for your next project. This process involves taking a physical sample for analysis to confirm or deny the presence of asbestos in common building materials. Bulk sampling is needed for all commercial and school facilities looking to remodel or demolish their facility. Residual facilities are strongly recommended and may be required by contractors to maintain compliance with OSHA. All building materials need to be tested if they are being removed. (Wood, glass, and medal are exempt from testing.) This type of testing determines whether further action is needed before the project can continue.

Air Clearance Testing
Air clearance sampling occurs after a material has been identified as ACM (Asbestos Contain Material) and has been removed by a qualified asbestos contractor. (We are not an abetment company) This is the final step in an asbestos project. This sampling tests for remaining fiber in the air to ensures containment can be safely removed. Aggressive sampling methods are used for compliance with Montana sectary of state Rule 17. Once samples are collected, they are sent to a third-party lab for analysis. The results will dictate weather recleaning is necessary or that it has passed within regulation perimeters.
Radon Monitoring & Water Testing

Radon Monitoring
Radon is an elemental half life of uranium and has been known to cause lung cancer. Using our state of the art monitoring systems we are able to detect the average PCi found in your home or business. During radon monitoring it is required that all windows and doors are seal for at least 24 hours prior to testing (Excluding normal in and out traffic). Monitoring takes 48 hours with readings being taken every hour.

Water Testing
If your home has its own well it is recommended you have water sampling done. Many things can be found in water from bacteria like coliform, legionella, etc. to metals such as iron, lead and uranium. We partner with our local M.E. Labs to properly analyze your water finding whatever hidden dangers you may have in your water supply.
