“How long does it take to get results back?”


Two to Three business days on average. However, we do have the ability to rush the results overnight and have them back the next day for additional cost.


“How much does it cost to have sampling done?”

Prices vary depending on the size of the structure and the amount of sampling done. Our expert consultants will be able to give you an accurate price based on there visual inspection of the property and will work with you to make sure price isn’t what gets in the way of your health.


“Why should I have mold testing done?”

Mold affects everybody differently based on there immune system. It is important to know what kinds of mold are present in your home or business so you can have the knowledge of what kinds and considerations may be contaminating you air. With our sampling procedures and results you can take the results to your doctor and find out if you have a specific allergy to the types of mold present.

“I found BLACK MOLD in my home what should I do?”

Black Mold is a commonly used term to identify Stachybotrys which is a toxic type mold. However, it is important to know that most mold appears to be black to the naked eye meaning just because it is black doesn’t necessarily mean it is dangerous.

“How do I know if mold is what’s caused my health problems?”

Mold has a large array of symptoms that it can cause depending on the individual. Symptoms include but are not limited to: Nausea, Headache, Puffy eyes, Runny nose, Sinus infection, Rashes, Respiratory infection and Cerebral infection. You are not likely to have all of these symptoms, however, if one or more of these occur to you for over a two week span or whenever you are in your home or business there is a strong likelihood excess exposure to mold is causing them.


“Why is an asbestos survey needed?”

An Asbestos survey is used to determine whether or not a material contains Asbestos and if the amount contained is within the permissible limit of 0.001.

“When is an Asbestos Survey needed?”

Asbestos surveys are required on any commercial building during the remodeling process but is not required for residential jobs. However, if a company with over three employees is doing the remodel or renovation of a residential building it does become required to have an asbestos survey done.

“What is Asbestos?”

Asbestos is a series of microscopic crystalline fibers used in thousands of products worldwide for its high tensile strength, heat resistance and other valuable building mechanics.

“How likely is it that my home has asbestos?”

According to EPA and MT DEQ guidelines any home built as of yesterday could have ACM (Asbestos Containing Materials) Present in the structure.


“What is Radon?”

Radon gas is an elemental half-life of uranium. Meaning as uranium breaks down over time it releases radium which then proceeds to reduce to radon gas. Radon gas then finds the path of least resistance to release into the atmosphere.

“Should I be concerned about radon?”

Radon has been linked to lung cancer through multiple scientific studies. What happens is that radon has between a 12-24 hour half-life and at the end of this half-life it then creates an atomic fissure releasing pressure and damaging lung tissue if it has been breathed in.

“How likely is it that I have radon in my home?”

Being that we live in Montana the likelihood of radon is actually highly increased as we have one of the highest concentrations of uranium burred deep under ground. Meaning the chance of radon finding its way into your home is greatly increased.

“What levels of radon are dangerous?”

The EPA guideline for radon is that there should be no more than an average level of 4.0PCi in any structure or home.
