Kinkade Quinn is accredited through the ACAC (American Counsel of Accredited Certifications) as a microbial investigator. As a qualified microbial investigator, he has been trained to identify mold growth throughout a structure, identify the different mold species and the effects of extended exposer. Additionally, Kinkade Quinn is a MT-DEQ certified asbestos inspector and project supervisor. As a qualified inspector he has been trained in the identification of ACM (Asbestos Containing Material) as well as how to conduct air clearance testing after materials have been removed to ensure safety. All inspections follow OSHA, MT-DEQ, and EPA standards to ensure your projects compliance with state and federal regulations.
